August schedulification

Monday 1st August - Doctor am then work. Beltane type party at the Counting House/Blind Poet? Maybe, but I have to get up in the morning...
Tuesday 2nd August - psychologist am, work pm, free in the evening
Wednesday 3rd August - work then free
Thursday 4th August - work then The Forest fifth birthday party with Jon and/or Bongo launch party
Friday 5th August - no work, sleep in, make food for Samba peeps then go to the workshops in the evening.
Saturday 6th August - Samba workshops all day followed by a party
Sunday 7th August - festival cavalcade with Samba followed by picnic
Monday 8th August - off work. Tao Japanese drummers 5.50, with Jon, Sandy and Martin
Tuesday 9th August - off work
Wednesday 10 August - off work. Afternoon in town with Jo
Thursday 11th August - off work, Nova Scotia launch 6.30pm Blackwells
Friday 12th August - off work, free
Saturday 13th August - free
Sunday 14th August - Fringe Sunday on the Meadows
Monday 15th August - back at work afterall
Wednesday 17th August - seeing Jon
Thursday 18th August - not in work till afternoon

Thursday 12th: Flat viewing in Gorgie/Dalry, probably followed by K Jacksons
Friday 13th lolliepopp arrives.
Saturday 14th - free
Sunday 15th August: Fringe Sunday on the Meadows. It will probably rain.
Monday 16th August: off work for a week. Rar! Who wants me?

In half an hour I'm going out with my department for lunch, being paid for by my two bosses, neither of which I am allowed to call useless at this time. Free desert - hurrah!

Friday-type schedule follows:-

• Tonight: go to gym to work off desert. Make copies of CDs etc tonight
  
• Tomorrow: Visit Emmental to return borrowed CDs, maybe go for coffee with pavlos. Vain in the evening - hurrah! spend ages dressing up.
  
• Sunday: visit lilitufire for sewing and corset related discussions. Possibly go to Ace social in the evening with keyeto
  
• Monday: more gym
  
• Tuesday: free
  
• Wednesday: Flat meal
  
• Thursday: Buffy and Angel
  

I am unilaterally declaring that Monday is now schedule day, on the grounds that it works better for me - that way I can try to arrange something for my weekend in advance...

Tonight: takeaway or going out for food with ciphergoth on the grounds that the kitchen will be dismantled and he's going away on Thursday. So, which will it be?
Tuesday: LJ meetup in the Filmhouse
Wednesday: Flat meal, sibelian is cooking, I believe.
Thursday: Buffy and Angel night with Jen and ducklofty and selectnone and pipistrelle if they want to come.
Friday: Probably spent with keyeto, but nothing actually organised yet (actually I was just looking for an excuse to write "keyeto")
Saturday: I may go to the Mish. Does anyone want to come round and tart up with me and help me with my corset?
Sunday: Staying in to watch Lost Cities of Iraq, otherwise I don't know.

Am feeling a lot more human now, after a good 12 hours sleep last night. I must (probably) arrange to have a weekend or two of doing absolutely nothing. After Whitby. Meanwhile here is a schedule of sorts.

Tonight: BiCon work with ciphergoth
Tuesday: Dentist (but just for a checkup), followed by the first of my ancient writing evening classes.
Wednesday: Flat meal
Thursday: Not going out to K. Jackson's because of early start on Friday so probably checking over clothes etc - hopefully with help from ciphergoth
Friday: An all day event out at the Western General, followed by tapas with work people and speakers if I can be arsed (which given I'd have to pay for my own I probably won't be). Then it's Finsternis, which I may go to as it's dirt cheap and means I can see people.
Saturday: I must give serious thought to the Goth Shoe Problem. Then it's one or more of a party, The Mish or Digital - all of which are free, so I don't know...
The next week I'm free apart from the evening class on the Tuesday. Then it's Velvet Chains on the 18th.
Ascension on the 19th
Long hairdresser's appointment on the 21st
Then either Digital or the Mish on the 27th
And so to Whitby.

Tomorrow - Dunno, maybe I can persuade Pavlos to visit
Wednesday - My birthday! So dinner with Paul followed by The Holyrood, probably
Thursday - up early to go to Glasgow, so mustn't stay too late at the Holyrood, probably staying in in the evening as I'm too broke to make it to K Jackson's
Friday - possibly entertaining people who are coming for the party. Probably should do some tidying too...
Saturday - Party!
Sunday - recovering...

Am slowly beginning to feel a lot more human, apart from his damn sore throat, which I will have to go to work in spite of for at least the next two days as I have people coming in to stuff envelopes. Ugh - what a horrible sentence that was! Anyway, just a quick update on what I'm going to be doing, as I was forced to miss my regular Friday schedule update by circumstances beyond my control:-)

Apart from that I shall be taking some time to get back into being at work, trying to sort something out for Whitby (tricky at this stage), trying to sort out a long weekend away in September and maybe planning my birthday party. Oh, and attempting to get the BiCon photos on line, for those who are interested.

Tonight: free. Pavlos, if you want to come round you'd be very welcome...
Tuesday 16th: Flat meal, I have to cook.
Wednesday 17th: Seeing The Pornographer at 6.00 at the Filmhouse with members of Intercourse.
Thursday 18th: Seeing Scooby Doo with some workmates at Fountainpark at 6.30 (I figure if I don't try to et there I may be safe)
Friday 19th to Sunday 21st I have no idea. Paul is away in Berlin. Maybe I'll try to go somewhere nice with Sandy
Tuesday 23rd: LJ meetup in the Holyrood
Wednesday 24th BiCon meeting
Friday 26th: Velvet Chains and/or Dogma
Saturday 27th: A club in the Venue that Al MacDonald is guest DJ at. Anyone wanna come with me?

Both the Internet and Jon have returned, so I can rest easy. Which is good because I have to conduct six interviews tomorrow. Good way to start back at work after being off sick. Not.

I got a new hall mirror today, and a silk Chinese style top made in Vietnam. It's very bright for me, being fuchsia with silvery embroidery, but I like it. I'll wear it when I go out for dinner with Mary tomorrow, I think.

And Jon has promised to help me get the damn curtain rail up, which would be a good thing.

Amazingly my schedule is full all week. I did intend to post it a while back - just to show off as few people reading this will need to know. I still have mixed feelings about schedule posting, as reading other people's often makes me feel like a lonely bunny with no life, and I'm sure no-one is interested in mine, but here it is anyway.

Monday - went for a drink with Jon, which was very nice)
Tuesday - had a flat meeting and pancakes with maple syrup made by sibelian. Yum.
Today - going to LOTR again with ciphergoth and pavlos. Going straight to bed afterwards if I want to be up for work.
Tomorrow - musical Buffy and non-musical Angel with the flatmates and Alex from work.
Friday - something with Paul, but not buying into the Valentines madness in any way. Probably.
Saturday - going to a mind-body-wallet fair with Kaela from work in the day time and hopefully getting a cheap massage. Then Gigantor in the evening.
Sunday - sleeping and maybe doing BiCon stuff with sibelian
