Help me decide what I want for my birthday.

No. Seriously.

I like rabbits and I like purple but that does not mean that any gift which is one or the other will work, and especially not if it's both. In fact I have already been offered the purple rabbit that will trump all if it works out, so I'm sorted on that front.

I have an amazon wish list, but for some reason people seem reluctant to buy stuff off it. I have no idea why, but to some people I guess it seems not imaginative enough. Or something. I am genuinely confused by this.

Anyway. If there's anythings *you* think I want, based on stuff I've said or what you know of my tastes, tell me. Cos present giving puzzles me and I need all the help I can get...

I popped your present (of the cold hard cash form, I'm afraid, you can always think of it as prenatal balloons or something) in the post today, by the way.

One thing I encourage people to get me is nice moisturiser or hand cream or shower gel, as these things I use and appreciate, whereas bath bombs sit in my bathroom cabinet.

Would it be worth thinking along those lines?

This thought just struck me: perhaps you want people to club together to buy you expensive things, rather than separately buying you cheap things?

There is a lot to be said for that approach. Most cheap things (except books) are decorative and/or amusing but eventually become another thing to declutter, whereas I know I need a printer, for instance...

we get given lots of random bunnys and bunny stuff but like a lot of the time it's by people who don't like propely undersatnd bunnys and it can be like annoying.
I have a Things i want wish list and i think it's like more flexable than an Amazon one becos people can see stuff on it and then get them in like real shops as well from diffrent online shops. But i don't like really know if people will use it much.
