Love and appropriate signs of affection to all those having a less than perfect Xmas. Remember, it's a peak time for depression, family fights, lonliness and all those seasonal things, so you're not alone, but the sunlight will be back soon and Christmas does, fortunately, come but once a year.
Mood:: 'okay' okay
Music:: Lord can you hear me: Spiritualized

I think it's mainly the pressure to act happy that does it. It makes you focus on whatever you like the least about your family/close friends/yourself.

Sadly your summation of xmas was all too true in my experience of it (last?) year. I think having the holidays makes me very reflective also, which doesn't always aid my mood.
Have a very happy new year though, I hope it's a good one for you, lol, G.
