sibelian. It's a smallish room but will fit a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. £250 a month plus council tax and bills plus a £300 deposit. Prospective tenants need to have a job and be able to pass a credit check.
The flat has broadband (and a shared computer in the living room), central heating, a huge kitchen and living room with a piano and TV, DVD, video and sound surround. And we are lovely people to share with - honest! We're looking for someone who can stand cigarette smoke and parties and who thinks they'd get on with us.
