Does anyone fancy living next door to me? Our neighbours have moved out and the flat which shares a hallway with us is empty. It's a first floor on Cockburn Street in a lovely stair and is going unfurnished for £900 per month and is available 21st July. It's got 3 double bedrooms a living room and a breakfast kitchen and the agents are saying it's a professional let (so no students). It's a lovely flat and has the added advantage of living next door to me and sibelian - think of the joint parties we could hold!

Oh and there's a lift which I think works and the flat has a wee ramp into it, so it could be wheelchair accessible, though I don't think it's adapted inside.
