I think the OpenLearn is a bit of a red herring, the face to face classes get you out and interacting with other humans which is also a Good Thing, at least sometimes.

I think pay the pottery dues, as you say there is a waiting list.

See how the Stockbridge class pans out then you can decide on the Art for anxiety maybe?
