The 'underfunding' and 'normal' ones are things I'd particularly like to see. The other thing I've been meaning to ask you about is aging and the differences its brought about.

One of my reasons for the underfunding is that there haven't been negative consequences for ignoring / crapping over bisexuals. You got promoted for doing it in the gay men's health sector...
