I have a cold so I am trying to get things done on my day off while HATING ALL THE THINGS. Also I have just bitten the bullet and undone my silke tweed sweater on the grounds that that shape will never suit m, so now I have loads of lovely discontinued yarn to do something nice with. So far I have found several patterns, but the ones I really like are very very basic, and it's possible I may die of boredom making them - tell me what you think, knitting people...

http://194.146.171.106/lang/en/pattern.php?id=3984&lang=en - I like, it goes up to big, and Ive never made a properly successful cardigan, but OMG stocking stitch for ever

http://194.146.171.106/lang/en/pattern.php?id=3672&lang=en- is similar, might look better aon my shape and be a big more interesting, but my yarn is a bit finer, so it won't look as sturdy

http://194.146.171.106/lang/en/pattern.php?id=4745&lang=en - is a lovely complex enough pattern, but am honestly not sure it would suit me. Wish they wouldn't use all those skinny models :-(
