The people in my local postoffice didnt think I looked like the old passport photo. I sent it off anyway and it was fine.
I can sign passport photos but hopefully if needed you can find someone closer to home.

Last time round I seem to remember anyone with a current UK passport could sign them. I think they did away with the civil servant etc thing. But either way I can sign them if you need me to.
