Bugger.

The expenses for the feast are getting out of hand. If anyone local can help with:

driving stuff around in a van (specifically tables, which are folded flat but still 2m x 1m)

lending a number of serving bowls for caramelised oranges, baskets for bread, platters etc, disposable or otherwise

lending really quite a lot of big plates, glasses or bowls or suggesting a cheap source for same

ditto folding tables x 4 or so

or just buying lots of lovely full price meal vouchers, do please get in touch...

Some of the big super markets (e.g. Tesco's, Sainsburys) do glass loans (and possibly other stuff). It's often free and you only have to pay for breakages.

Thank you! That actually makes a significant dent in my shortfall, cos Tesco's are a lot cheaper for the wine...
