Thing doing has been a real strain of late, at least outside work (in work it's been a different kind of strain, but at least things get done). Therefore I am pleased that I have successfully had the Ikea kitchen designing man round (in my house!) and a)made it clean enough that I wasn't cringing the whole time and b)have a kitchen design I like. A lot.

Of course now we have to see if I can afford it...

In other Ikea related news I have obtained and built (with Jon) two useful bits of furniture, and now all the cables and electronic odds and ends are in one, and all the crafts in the other.

Which leave room in my wardrobe (also Ikea, as it happens) for me to sort out and demote summer clothes and things that don't fit and get them in boxes in the sky. Go me!
