1971 - Four years old and living in a three bed semi in Sutton Surrey with My mum, dad, brother (2) and sister (<1) - mum was taking some time off teaching and Dad was a clerk. I was in nursery.

1981 - 14 years old, living in the same house with the same family which was now has five bedrooms and an extra living room.Mum is teaching and dad is still pretty much a clerk - we have a cat called Casca (which means dog), In third year at secondary which meant we were already supposed to have made our subject choices - was doing Sciences, history and Latin (but switched to German the next year) and in the debating society

1991 - I was 24, Living in Norwich in a three bed rented terrace with my partner Giles and (I think) my sister and a lodger called Ivan It's possible we had another lodger (Raven?) but we had so many I get confused, it was a very hectic time. Was working at local Newage shop Inanna's festival doing tarot and making jewellry and then got chucked out and started my own business. I worked collecting forms for this census, which was a tough one cos of the poll tax. We had had a cat called Lucifer who had just disappeared and I kept thinking I saw him when I went round for the census :-( Had been to a couple of BiCons by then and that year we started Bifrost

2001 - I was 34, living in the three bed tenement flat called Mir with Paul, Jon and Sandy all of whom I put down as my partners on the Census, but apparently they threw that data away :-( We owned the flat and were running it as a kind of unofficial co-op though I wasn't a legal owner. I was working in my current workplace as an admin assistant and was getting very anxious. That year I got prescribed anti-depressants, which were made of awesome.

2011 - I am 44, living in a 2 bed flat which I own (with a mortgage) still working at the same place but for only four days a week (yay!), only seeing one partner, Jon, who may or may not appear on my census form as he doesn't actually live with me. I haven't seen the form yet, but I know there's a question about whether I can understand/speak/read/write Scots, which I think is cool :-)
