A question for people who have been buying or selling flats in Edinburgh recently...

If you're buying, how much over 'offers over' have you been advised that flats will go for. If you've actually bought or sold what percentage over the offer price ws the final price?

If you've been selling, how many people came to view, and how many weeks did it take to sell? Oh, and how long after that till you got your money?

Not in a hurry, oh no, not at all...

Title pretty much sums it up. Today sucked in that I felt shit all day at work, but on the other hand I was the only one in my office so there was nobody to actually notice me moping. And tonight things picked up when Jon came round to donate many metres of decent speaker cable to my shiny new surround sound system, the stuff it came packaged with having been too short and in any case being the quality Jon calls 'bell wire'. Then we watched the first disc of the extended FOTR, which rocked, even though the extra scene with the surround sound midges made my hair itch.

I now have enough DVDs until get rich or someone wants to buy me some. Tody I bought Leon, Being John Malkovitch, two boxes of The Avengers (with Emma Peel, naturally) and Good Morning Vietnam. That alongside four as yet unwatched boxes of Lexx and three unwatched episodes of Randall and Hopkirk should see me through for a bit. And apparently there is talk of a Laputa screening in my flat, which no-one has actually asked me about yet, but I'm easy.

Tomorrow night I shall go to the museum for the dino-birds exhibition at 6pm. Anyone want to come and meet me by the fishies at ten to?
