I will stop this in a few moments and do some more work. First I must venture into the snow to buy diet coke. Yes, I know I have nothing of interest to say, but I am finding it very hard to finish anything I set out to do today. Still, there's always envelopes, which are hard to get wrong.

This weekend I must really, *really* get around to doing some BiCon stuff. I hope to get a booking form sorted out in time for the 1st, to send to Brighton and Milton Keynes, at least. Once people start to book it will be easier to get motivated.

Oh, and anyone who wants to respond to this blatant request for motivation with hugs, thanks or congratulations is very welcome. People who venture to tell me how mad I am to volunteer are less welcome...
