Christ I'm tired. Being kept awake by fire engines until 3am does not a happy bunny make. Still, had a reasonable weekend and got loads done yesterday thanks to random_redhead, who drove us to Ikea and then to Mir to pick up the TV. Special thanks to kisin who helped sibelian carry the very heavy TV down three flights of stairs, because I certainly couldn't have done it.

So now we have TV etc at Laputa, plus a lot of random Ikea stuff such as stools to put plants on, a phone table, a blanket box for me, and fuckloads of storage boxes. Forgot my two step stool, though, which is irksome - I must persuade sibelian not to put the marmalade on the top shelf until I get one.

I also got lots of crap from Mir thrown away, and reclaimed my curtains (although they're going to need hemmed before they go up in my new room since it isn't as tall). Today the sanders are allegedly coming to get keys from me and starting work on Jon and Paul's old floors, although as with most workmen's appointments, I'll believe it when I see it. There's *still* more crap there than I'd like, so I'll pop over tonight and pick up glasses and dishes (we left one kitchen cupboard without checking it...)

And finally (as they say on the news) - radioactive rabbits! Well, I found it funny...
