Rabbit feeding plan

Am trying to have a food plan to stop me randomly spending a lot on big hunks of meat. I'm not going veggie, but I want to be eating meat less than half of the week ideally, and mixing it with more veg when I do, on cost and health grounds. And buying a great big steak has become too much of a self-comforting mechanism (as has alcohol) so am trying to steer away from that...

Comments and suggestions are welcome within reason (i.e. don't be horribly rude)

Tonight I have Lidl light mozarella, baby tomatoes and a few spring onions in the fridge, plus a basil pl;ant that wants eating beore it's ded so that could be a sort of salad along with some courgettes that need eating which I'd be happy to fry/roast in not-a-lot of oil and some garlic

I have another of the mozarella balls as well, so could buy some salad stuff for later in the week, possibly to share with Jon on Friday

There's always dal :-) and I have both orange lentils and split peas, plus red onions and a red pepper. If I cook that tomorrow I will have enough to freeze for lunches. I feel somewhat uninspired by this and am not sure why... maybe I could chuck in some frozen peas or sweetcorn (is that allowed?)

I need to buy a ginormous bag of basmati rice cos I'm out (how is it even possible to be out of rice!) but I am skrinking from carrying it up the stairs.

What else should I have? Pasta and something? I have pasta, for sure, and tinned tomatoes and onions and cheeese and garlic and stuff

I also have a big hunk of red cabbage, some spuds and, er, that's it until I buy more veg

Please send inspiration to the usual address...
