Why must we stay where we don't belong

I have been feeling intermittently crappy and am wondering whether I can or should do the Lughnassadh stuff. How do I get out of this one gracefullly?

P.S. People who don't know the answer to the question are still welcome to offer standard forms of reassurance....

Better to bow out early and leave people with time to figure out alternatives rather than hesitate and maybe end up feeling worse and dropping out suddenly at the last minute.

You do a lot of organising, so it's not as if people won't understand that you're busy this time.
