Without pie there is only chaos

I did a number of brave things today. I had an appointment with a dietician, which meant filling out a more-or-less accurate food diary, which was more stressful than I would have thought. Then I saw my GP and persuaded her to give me a longer term prescription so I don't have to pay as often.

This is good as this morning I looked at my finances, worked out what the flatmates owe for bills etc and realised that I have almost nothing to survive on this month, so I hastened to cancel my latest Amazon order and am now trying to think of ways to stay fed watered and entertained this month on a handful of thin air.
